IHS report said that 73% of US TV owners weren’t interested in buying a Smart TV during the next year. Why is that so?

The demand can be cultivated, if TV brands can better explain to end-users what Smart TV is and what can they get with it and they do, and of course why they should buy one. The Converge’s Jim O’Neill said: “Dumb marketing may be costing CE manufacturers sales in the smart TV category, new research suggests.”
