Youngsters, from 18 to 34 years-old use their Connected TVs or the devices connecting their TV to the web, so they can watch OTT videos. Data from Connected Intelligence Applications and Convergence report.





In UK are 75% of people (youngster between 18 and 34) who live that kind style of watching TV, and 68% of people from that group watch TV on “old fashion” way via satellite, cable, or telecom provider.

The younger consumer has come to expect a broadband experience from any screen they come in contact with, and their TV is no exception. The pendulum is continuing to shift among younger viewers as each quarter we see more homes connecting their TVs to the internet,” said John Buffone, director of devices, NPD Connected Intelligence.
